Last night was sooooo lame! It was supposed to be the culmination of Freshers' week but ended up a total anti-climax. On paper it looked really good, one price (albeit £15 but still good value on the face of it) entry into 2 clubs and a gig venue where The Automatic were performing. I decided to go 'goth' for no particulare reason and proceeded to dress up like that dude from Green Day! Roxy did some makeup for me and I then looked everywhere for some black nail varnish! Going into all the buildings shouting "ANY GOTHS IN HERE!!!!" Surprisingly someone responded and actually painted my nails for me! I went with on the bus with Gem, Jane and Fran.

I wasn't really up4 going out but figured I should seeings as it's the last night of Freshers and all that I forced myself. I have 'Freshers' Flu' which isn't fun and my asthma was bad and to make matters worse I got jealous. Anyone that knows me KNOWS that I don't get jealous. The thing that annoyed me most of all is that I had no right to be jealous AND the more annoyed I got, the most it annoyed me! In the end I made a total dick of myself and went off in a stress. Yes I was running away and yes it was stupid and yes, I shouldn't have done it. But then I shouldn't have been jealous in the 1st place now should I?!?! Anywho, I left and found my mates so it worked out good anyways! Went to see The Automatic and got to the front to see them do the most amazing cover of Kanye West's 'Golddigga' with the lead singer playing jazz flute Burgundy style, and that's no lie.

After that, could have stayed out but really couldn't be arsed so had a relatively early night and found out that most other people had left early or were planning on it!
